If God is all-knowing and perfectly good, why should we pray? In this short but powerful reflection, Fr. Mike Schmitz explores the true purpose of prayer—not as a means to inform or persuade God, but as a transformative relationship that draws us closer to Him. Prayer shapes our hearts, aligns our desires with God’s will, and opens us to grace. Whether you’re struggling with unanswered prayers or questioning the point of praying at all, this video offers clarity and encouragement for anyone seeking a deeper connection with God.
